We've all heard of the many benefits of meditation from clarity of mind, to reduced stress, increasing our ability to overcome adversity to mental and physical wellbeing; these are all incredible and important benefits however meditation can also open us to deeper aspects of ourselves. Beyond the confines of who we think we are, or who we are expected to be.
Meditation offers us a gateway to The Self:
Who we truly are beyond external or internal expectation,
Our truest version of self that is authentic, whole, and self-assured.
In this course you will learn to work with meditation in a deeper way:

When we access
The Well Within we tap into the reservoir of resources we each innately hold: we become fueled from the inside out: our vitality springs, we become more aware of our boundaries and are mindful of how we spend and use our resources. Understanding that this is our most valuable and reliable asset: our Life Force.The Well is something that is always available to us, in a society that runs on empty and grasps for the external to fill us: finding our source within breeds deep vitality; ultimately connecting us back to our Source of sustenance and wellbeing.

Cultivate a deeper Sense of Self
The practices in this course invite us into deeper states of being and connection to self that permeate through our lives and impact how we navigate our day from a more centred and clear space. It is a toolkit and skillset you will always have at hand if and when needed.
Know your Limits
The more we connect to our deepest essence the more we know who we are, our boundaries, as well as when we are becoming overwhelmed, depleted or running dry. Ultimately safeguarding our mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Connect to your Essence
When we access the Well we become more aware of what is aligned and not aligned, what is true and what is untrue to our path. This course offers a seed for the beginning stages or deepening of self realisation and consequently your purpose, and meaning in life.

This course is designed to support you in connecting with:
- laying a foundation of stability within oneself so that you can return to it again & again as you need
- more depth, wholeness, clarity and less hollow escapes or ways that we attempt to fill ourselves externally
- building vitality, integrity and feeling the beauty and well of you spring from within
This course will hopefully become an integral part of your way of living, a toolkit that is integrated and at hand for if and when you need.
Wisdom
Connecting to your essence: The core of who you are
- learn to cultivate a deep trust and connection with yourself
- having a deeper sense of self, knowing who you are, your limits aswell as your standards
- learn to cultivate wider states of awareness with yourself, your body and your surrounds
- deeper harmony, awareness and resonance with what is true for you
- having a deeper connection to the wisdom of your body: becoming your own guide

The Well Within: Why this course is self-paced
Beyond the stories of the conscious mind lies the depths and wisdom held in the subconscious, in the body-mind.
Having a toolkit at hand much akin to medicines or having an apothecary at home is something I have found to be incredibly and deeply empowering as well as insightful. My intention for you for this course is so that you start to make the practices your own, that you can tune into if and when you need; when a trigger arises or when something feels off - you can find clarity through connecting to:

I have been working with meditation since my teens and have deepened my practice over the years through working with various healing modalities in my 20's. Now these practices are an integrated part of my way of living, this course is a fusion of many, profound practices yet also very simple. The key is our attention, our stillness and our focus: this draws us in, to the Well awaiting and resting Within.

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone seeking a deeper state of being, a deeper sense of self. To feel and become attuned with the self in this way allows us to do the same not only with others but with our wider environment and world.
This course is a potential antidote for feelings of confusion and emptiness that so often pervade us in modern, western living. You may find deeper meaning, purpose or health, or simply a deeper state of peace exuding, rippling from within.
Contraindications: As with any meditative practice it is best to consult your therapist or health care practitioner if you have an acute health or mental issue: physiological or psychological which may be contraindicated or best done in conjunction and supervision.
