When to use this course
This course is foundational for a reason; the very basis of everything we experience emerges from this deep connection or a lack there of to the self.
In yoga we often honour the chakra system which travels from the base of our bodies; our roots of security and stability, rising up to the sacral space of creativity, sensuality and reproduction to then rise to the solar centre our place of willpower, courage and action, upwards again to the heart our place of harmony, love, connection and openness, to the third eye our centre of intuition and clear sight to finally meet the crown chakra: our connection to source: our place of oneness. These centres are built upon from the foundations as an imbalance on a higher chakra will topple us and leech from the lower centres e.g. too much thought and creativity without determination, will, right action and organisation will surely deplete from our physical space of security and stability. Similarly, in the converse - where we get too caught in fear and focus solely on safety, stability and security, we can become rigid, stagnant and heavy: ultimately lacking expression, excitement and joy in how we live our lives. We need each in and of itself for balance, for wellbeing, excitement and joy.
Becoming our own guide: This course in many ways touches on elements of the chakras, but ultimately is the anchor, and central point to build upon. Knowing oneself and having this practice of returning to self to check in is deeply healing, restorative and nourishing as well as empowering. From this place we can then expand to more aligned action, creativity, intimacy and broadening our horizons.

When we have this anchor point we are able to handle the challenges we face with grace, awareness and power.

The idea is for you to move through this course step by step as it is laid out so that you can then return to the practices multiple times a week or as needed. Allowing the practices and tools to become a part of your way of being and routine. In this way we start to re-pattern and rewire our minds and our nervous systems, where we eventually do not need to think to come back to ourselves for clarity but that it becomes our way of being, seeing and acting.

Access for 1 year: Come back to this course anytime you feel life has gotten a little too fast, or you are feeling distracted, uncentred or needing answers. The clarity you seek is always available when we pause, centre and focus so that we can listen to the guidance and wisdom most aligned; resting within.
